A friendly and convenient place to get your car washed. Once you've parked your car and handed over the key, they wash your car while you shop. There wasn't a queue when I went and the car was done and back in a parking space before I'd finished. Reasonably and clearly priced. They did a great job.

Waves Car Wash is a franchise and for the most part they offer great service and always make a great job of valeting cars, that statement is based on the one that is more local to me.Unfortunately this one was not particularly good and that is unfortunate, the staff were very unapproachable and just didn't do what I had asked of them.They washed and dried my car very quickly with no attention to detail, the end result was mediocre at best.If I had more time I would have pointed out the areas that they had missed.I have to mention that it was a very cold day and I can only imagine how cold it must have been.I really don't like leaving poor reviews, however, I have to admit that I was less than impressed.In future I will keep using the Waves Car Wash that is located near home, great attitude and they pay attention to detail.

Detailed clean at a reasonable price, whilst we got our shopping. Got a free air freshener out of it as well. Super convenient and you can pay by card, which is rare for a hand car wash.

Overall they did a good job with washing and polishing the car internally and externally. With the boot they could have done it a bit better as there was a few bits and bobs left over in there. Happy when the finishing of the wheel

Came for a wash and vacume charged £30 expensive but I agreedManaged to lose a part of my phone holder didn't care at allI won't recommend or return.

Ok I know prices have gone up but 250percent , is 8 pounds to 20 pounds to have a seat washed. Went elsewhere got full internal valet for 30

Excellent service from the team. Car looked brand new after a Gold Service. This is a really good car wash. I bookedmy car in using the Waves app.

The standard wash is pretty good and it's only £5. My car has got fixed aerial on the roof, which sticks out a bit. A was a bit anxious, because of the stories of ripped out aerials, but nothing like that happened. The dryer worked around it expertly. Important - you need to go to the shop to buy a ticket for the car wash first.

Very mediocre. Paid £50 and the attention to detail was poor. The vents still had the same dust in them, rear armrest wasn't lowered and cleaned, still had marks on the rear door cards. May as well have done it ourselves.

Have used waves twice won't be going back a third time my car looked nice and clean but there was an awful spell left inside didn't smell fresh at all don't know wether there hoover bag needed changing but it took a good week and various air freshers to get rid of the smell
