Reviewing as a regular customer with absolutely no complaints - I use this service daily to reach larbert station for work, others in our household use it to reach the airport weekly. Drivers and call handlers are very professional and courteous. Service is incredibly reliable (contrary to some negative reviews, if you actually book with some prior notice they never fail to show up on time - noone is a mind reader!). They can be a tiny bit more expensive than other taxi companies in the area but Stenhouse will not be beaten on quality of service ever and that is why we always use Stenhouse

Had a very bad conversation with the lady at stenhouse taxis. She was very rude as we were on a phone which was not clear. She misunderstood me and spoke to me very rudely and then hung up the phone. I have been using stenhouse taxis for last 5 years and was not at all expecting this kind of rude behavior. I will never use their services again.

I left my glasses in the taxi after being dropped off and phoned them up to ask if they would check they were there. Received a call back within minutes to say the driver had them and would bring them straight over to me. She did so immediately and didn't want any payment for the inconvenience. Excellent staff with great customer service, thanks so much.

Always used their taxi's and always very satisfied until we booked an airport transfer. Journey to airport was great, arrived on time and the lady driver was very nice. We offered to pay our Journey both ways but she says to pay in on our return.Our return flight was cancelled , We messaged company 3 times, giving them new flight numbers, asking them to check our new flight times. These messages were seen.Phoned when we arrived but no taxi was there. Seemingly they had arrived at original time.When taxi arrived, the driver was very angry and rude to us. Blamed us for all the mix up and wanted another 2 taxi fares. Did not believe us about messages been seen. Disgusting the way we were treated . No excuse for this.Who ever read the messages in their office did not pass them on to this disrespectful driver...

Absolutely fantastic service from this company, from the lovely receptionist to the kind helpful driver. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Picked us and our three dogs up in Larbert and took us all the way home to Kirkcaldy when our Motorhome broke down. Thank you
