Have cherry picked comparable evidence to purposely devalue the property. Choosing terraced housing to compare against a detached as well as using older lower value transactions as opposed to more recent higher ones. For supposedly chartered surveyors seems to be a rather lazy approach towards their valuations, especially given I work in the same profession.

100% would recommend White Horse Surveyors! Survey was completed promptly and sent to us on the same day as inspection- that’s what I call service! Many thanks!

Seems a floored business model that they tell you on the phone a date soon that the surveyor can visit but ask you to book & pay online where the date can change to a lot longer. Obviously their T&Cs protect them but doesn't seem honest business practice. Quote was cheap as chips but no good if cannot give you and honour a day.

Utterly useless report.We asked for a level 2 report - they completed the survey incredible fast and had the report back to us within less than an hour of completion (as the majority was copy and paste).The report did not commit to any decisions regarding the houses condition and was consequentially uninformative resulting in us being unable to make any clear decisions on the house and needing to arrange another survey with an alternative company.Complete waste of time and money! Do not use this company!We have made a complaint however did not receive even an apology and they made no attempts to remedy the issue.

We contracted White Horse Surveyors, and they came round and did the survey , I was surprised at the cursory level of the survey, and having some experience of the building industry.I questioned him about the lack of detail of the survey, and he kind of poked around and did a bit more , leaving me less than impressed, I guess he was there for about twenty minutes , now I know why because they already knew they were in administration but they had taken the cynical decision to get the money from people anyway.Christopher Freeman the owner of this company owes me and a lot of other people their money back. Very poor practice , I would not recommend doing any business with this person Christopher Freeman his correspondence address is C/O Windy ridge , Amberley, Stround, GL5 5AA . Note Christopher Shennan, Dunstone Freeman. Frankly he is a confidence trickster, and clearly not a person that you would want to do business with. Beware ... and don't give him any money and if you pay on a credit card as they can get it back for you .But the office address is actually on Bumpers Farm industrial estate on Bumpers Farm , Chippenham Cavalier Court , Prince Rupert House , Chippenham SN14 6LH.

Took our money on the Wednesday and “went bust” on the Thursday and will not provide a refund for work never carried out. Incredibly unethical business practises. Anyone in senior management of this firm should be ashamed of themselves.

Survey reports contained some very alarming findings, which turned out not to be true on further investigation. Seems like the findings were tailored to purposely devalue the property.

Just learnt they've ceased trading as of 31st October. They were happy to take our money on 27th October though for a survey booked for today!!! Only found out because our estate agent told us nobody turned up for the survey and when we emailed White Horse surveyors, we got an automatic reply saying they've gone bust. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat your customers. Accounts are frozen, so I'm dreading the ordeal of trying to get our money back!!

White Horse Surveyors down valued our property by 35% of its overall (correct) value. This was down to laziness. They clearly knew nothing about the area of our property and the housing market in our city. He didn't do his research, didn't ask me when we bought it, how much for etc., like surveyors would normally, spent a total of 5 minutes in the house and only took one picture. Wouldn't share the report with us. THEN he peed in my toilet and didn't flush it! Disgusting.Looking at google reviews, it looks like they do this regularly. Their incompetence led to the collapse of a chain, with five household's lives now impacted due to Peter Brears' incompetence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

So upset and disappointed! 0 stars if I could! Booked and paid for a surveyor on the 27th of October, only to get told that they ceased trading on the 31st of October. They knew that the surveying process wouldn't go ahead but rushed to book and get the money anyway before they announce their company has come to an end, and of course no refunds are processed! What a thief!!!I've tried many times to call,of course no answer. Email- same robotic reply!
