This company are a joke. Sent two guys out last week to fix a chair. One marked my leather couches while the others answer to Dixon a screw was loctite glue Mmmmmm the chair didn’t get fixed and they agreed to come back two days later but guess what one guy forgot he was going on holiday and I’m told it’s a two man job Mmmmm time wasters and I bet they’ll charge you for the privilege. Their office was supposed to call me yesterday but didn’t and a call today saying they were coming was met by my disbelief and I’m not at home. The guy was giving me grief for Munroes failings not great so please be aware cowboys don’t change once a cowboy always a cowboy and that’s being polite. I’m not the first to highlight this companies failings and hope contracts go back to a reputable company that supplies quality furniture for those in need. Buyer beware of this cowboy company!!!!!!!!!!
