Excellent service we got from Harry, we bought a very clean Mercedes Benz Axor Truck from them. Very responsive and even helped us load 2 vehicles in the truck without a fee. Very professional in the whole process. I strongly recommend them and will definitely get another truck from them.

I cannot recommend this company enough!! I was provided with an outstanding service by this company from start to finish when I recently purchased a vehicle from them. Harry was fantastic. He took me around the truck, explained everything to me about all the different features the vehicle has to offer, and at no point whatsoever did I feel put under pressure into buying the vehcile. Mark was also brilliant. I was reassured that any problems whatsoever with the vehicle would be covered under the warranty and would be no quibble. They carried out a full inspection and service to the vehicle before allowing me to collect. In addition to all of the above Mark and Zoe assisted me greatly in relation to a government grant for a compliant truck for the Manchester Clean Air Zone Scheme. I encountered issues whilst in the process of claiming this and felt I had no option but to pay the full amount for the vehicle and abandon the claim. However Mark and Zoe encouraged me to continue with this claim and went above and beyond to secure the grant for me, which they did not have to do. I am extremely grateful to them for doing this for me. They have always been at the end of the telephone to answer any questions and queries with the purchased vehicle. I cannot praise these guys enough. The aftersales have been next to none. Mark kept to his word. I will most definitely be using Hillas and Son for my vehicles in the future. Big thumbs up to Mark at Hillas Truck Sales, Halifax. Bought a Iveco tipper from Mark two weeks ago and can't thank him enough, the truck was exactly how it was described and got 12 months MOT and a service with it plus 2 months warranty. Had a couple of small issues but Mark sorted it out straight away. Great company to do business with and would recommend to anyone. Hope to do business again with them in the future. Totally recommend Harry and his family run company. He was very accomodating, loaded a few items for me into the wagons. He was very responsive, sent loads of pictures and videos at every stage. Will do more business with him. Need more people like this in the industry.
