Sarah’s photos look like something from a magazine, her work is completely unique. We absolutely loved our images, light and natural capturing all the finer details which we missed on the day. Sarah is a true professional, very organised and on hand to answer any questions you might have throughout the wedding process. On the day her smile was infectious and she made everyone feel as ease, fitting into our day like she was one of our friends. I had followed SJ on Instagram for years before I got engaged so when we booked our venue, I knew she was the one to capture our wedding day. Booking her was really easy and she was always really quick to respond to any queries. From the minute she arrived, she was enthusiastic, energetic with a happy and infectious personality! She blended in with our guests seamlessly so that she was able to take some lovely candid shots which made them all the more authentic. As someone who doesn’t like being photographed, I felt completely at ease with SJ for the entire day and didn’t feel like I was being photographed at all. The father of the groom commented how relaxed he felt with her and that she was the best photographer he had ever seen. SJ provided us with some sneak peek shots the day after our wedding, which were beautiful. She also got our entire gallery to us in record speed, only two weeks after the wedding. The photographs are beautiful and we’ve struggled to pick only a handful, out of the 900 she took, to put on our walls. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SJ to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. I’ve already recommended her to one of our guests, getting married next year, who asked for her details upon seeing our photographs. If you book SJ you won’t regret it.

Sarah-Jane is a little ray of sunshine who brings so much joy and light to your day. Everyone commented on how smiley and lovely she was and she was an absolute joy to be around. The first thing that drew me to SJ was her professional website & beautiful portfolio of images.. just stunning.But after the first call, I knew I had to have SJ for our big day. She was so warm and kind and had a calming presence, and that continued throughout the entire process. SJ always responded to messages and questions quickly and was also incredibly helpful and accommodating when we changed our wedding date due to COVID and even made adjustments to the usual contract which she did not have to do.SJ did a fantastic job of capturing the candid moments of our big day so beautifully. She got the photos (more than planned) to us sooner than expected too to surprise us whilst we were on honeymoon, which made for a wonderful evening sitting through them whilst we were still in our wedding bubble!SJ is professional yet makes everyone feel at ease with her non-intrusive way of working.I honestly could not have asked for better. I cannot speak highly enough of SJ and her work. I initially booked SJ because I loved how bright and natural her images were and I felt like she captured the joy of people’s wedding days perfectly. She certainly did that for our day. SJ is a fantastically talented photographer and I am in love with our photos - they are simply beautiful! On the day itself, SJ was like a ray of sunshine and brought a lovely joyful and relaxed energy with her. She fit in so seamlessly through the day and got some truly amazing natural photos of us and our friends and family that we will cherish forever. For the formal and couples photos, SJ helped us feel totally at ease and have fun, which for two people who aren’t fully comfortable in front of the camera was quite a task, but she did it with ease and a really low pressure style!!On top of this, SJ has been so organised, responsive, and professional from our initial enquiry right up to delivery of our final gallery. She delivered our final gallery quickly which was so lovely and really helped with our wedding blues!Finally, SJ is genuinely one of the loveliest, kindest and warmest people I’ve ever met and having her as our wedding photographer has been a pleasure. SJ is the best wedding photographer in the country not just Newcastle, we can’t recommend her enough. SJ, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne was our photographer for our wedding in Northumberland in September. Incredible presence on the day, like having another friend there really. Photos were returned within the week which was amazing and they were stunning, everything we wanted and more. Natural, relaxed, bright and beautiful.
