I recently used Day To Day Cleaners for a house deep cleaning service to tackle a few problem areas in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team arrived promptly and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process.They started by conducting a thorough walk-through of my home to identify the areas that needed the most attention. They then got right to work, tackling everything from the sideboards to the ceilings. I was amazed at the level of detail that they put into their work - I don't think it has ever been this clean!One of the things that impressed me the most was when the job was finished, the team did another walk-through with me to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the results. And I was! Everything was spotless, and the place smelled amazing.Overall, I highly recommend using Day To Day Cleaners, deep cleaning service. They are professional. Decided to use this business due to its glowing reviews and somewhat professional website. I asked for my kitchen to be deep cleaned top to bottom but thats not what i got. What i got was more of a maintenance clean. 3 ladies turned up for the job and they didn't have all the necessary equipment to complete the job. They didn't have a broom, no mop and even asked for a knife and a chair to stand on to clean the top of the cabinets. When i contacted the company initially i asked for the walls to be cleaned too as kitchen grease has accumulated on it and i was told this can be done. But then when they finished the job i asked them to clean the walls but they said this cannot be done. Then at the end coffee cups with cigarette butts were just left on top of my bin outside. One of the workers also accidently left her belongings at my property and i spent most of the day waiting for them to come back and collect it and they only did when i contacted them. They asked for £150 for the job for a small kitchen but in the end we agreed upon £120 but i was overall disappointed with the quality of the work and the level of professionalism.

As a paying customer, I had high expectations for a thorough deep clean, but unfortunately, the service fell far short of my expectations. I have media that clearly depicts the unsatisfactory state of cleanliness in my home, even after the purported deep cleaning.When I availed of your services, I specifically requested a deep clean, for which I paid a considerable amount of money. However, upon inspection of my home following the cleaning, it was evident that your team had not made sufficient effort to meet even the basic standards of cleanliness. Notably, there was an abundance of dust, dirt, grime, and spider webs left untouched throughout my house, including an easily noticeable accumulation by the front door and window shelves.Considering the lack of cleanliness and the failure to fulfil the requested deep cleaning service, I am left with no option but to arrange for a competent cleaner to rectify the deficiencies. In doing so, I will incur additional expenses that should have been avoided had your services been satisfactory. The manager has refused a refund but insists the same cleaner returns to complete the job. I have little faith in their ability given how many times I had to point out areas and move furniture to be cleaned.Having operated serviced accommodations on airbnb working with other experienced cleaners, I must say this is the worst ‘deep clean’ I’ve ever witnessed. Many times throughout the cleaning I was forced to redirect the cleaner to areas that she missed. It is clear that this particular cleaner does not take pride in her work. Although the cleaner was pleasant, she is incompetent at her role. The manager is rude, slow to respond and told me to communicate with his cleaner to have the deep clean repeated. I believe he thinks I have unlimited time on my hands with no working hours as the cleaner contacted me asking she can come ‘today’, only in the afternoon and does not work weekends. I have an entire video of this rip off ‘deep clean’ but that pictures show enough for everyone to get the understand. Please contact me for my bank details for a refund before I am forced to take this matter further.

The quality of the clean was absolutely impressive , i was very pleased . The owner is very lovely and really went the extra mile for me to get this clean done on short notice . Value for money 10/10 ! I will deffently use them again and gladly recommend them to everyone i know . Thank you Day to Day cleaners !

One of the best cleaning I had for a while. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning because its a relatively new company in here and doesn’t have high rating but man oh man did they do a fantastic job. Being a new mom, I couldnt clean my home for last few months and it has been too dirty. They come in and without any hesitation they returned me a brand new home. Thank you so much day to day cleaners! They also got me an emergency cleaning too..

I am very impressed with the service of Day To Day Cleaners. They came to my house on time and cleaned the bathroom and kitchen perfectly. Prices were pretty decent. Highly recommended!!
