Excellent staff. Willing to help. I phoned up to enquire about a part to fix my toilet. When I call to the shop the fellar knew exactly what I needed before I took the old broken part out the bag.They don't make you feel stupid when you ask for advice.Excellent staff and well equipped for your DIY.I'll be back.

Gems has always been very helpful no matter what I buy,,,got some 4x1x8ft 4 pieces 2 rolls of black roofing felt and some roofing felt nails,,,,no matter who serves you,,all very good kevin

This is the best genuine DIY friendly store I have come across. We are renovating and I have been to many.The service is exceptional. The guys are very friendly, helpful and willing to advise. They have a good range of stock and the prices are reasonable.

Jem Centres
Jems now offers a wider variety of stock and the prices are excellent. One of its branches is situated in the heart of norris green and it is easily reachable for drivers and non drivers alike (myself included). During this current pandemic, social distancing and ppe rules are strictly adhered to and they have worked hard to put measures in place for customers and staff. Jems is now our go-to building & DIY centre. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.
