Future Customers,I need to pass on the pleasure I had upon meeting the renowned Eddie and team at ERS Racing.To begin with when the bike was handed in I had explained that I had a holiday booked nearing the end of the month and that it would be great to have the bike back for then. Upon handing the bike in Eddie managed to diagnose everything that was needed and we both agreed who would order what. Eddie scoffed at the time frame and ensured me that it was more than manageable as he has more qualifications than I’ve had hot breakfasts.I get to work on ordering my parts and that’s that.Nearing the end of the month I had phoned in to ask what my bill was looking like (I was going to be coming in for the end of that week). I was pretty much fobbed off by your receptionist Charlotte and eventually when I did mange to speak to Eddie it came to light that A) He is AWFUL at speaking to customers (how you’ve managed to be in business this long leaves me dumbfounded) B). that you had not even began work on the bike.I explain that I’ve now been left in quite the predicament and will now have to rent a bike for my holidays, Eddie is totally unbothered.I then go on to explain to Charlotte that I’ll be away for the best part of a month and will expect it to be ready for when I get back. Leaving you guys to it.Getting back, I phone in and ask how everything is going and when I can pick it up, I’m then told that there’s still one more part due in and to expect it to be ready within the week (this was confirmed by Charlotte).Ok this is now getting annoying however one more week I can live with. I wait just shy of the week and phone in to check whether I should be coming to pick it up. Again, getting through to Charlie who again cannot give me any concrete answers as to the price of the repair or even when it will be ready.Now this has been nine weeks that Eddie had kept my vehicle, on day one he knew what was to be ordered and on day one he knew and agreed when he would have the bike back. He is now over a month late with this.Speaking to Charlotte was great but she really did not know what is going on in the workshop. Eddie can clearly not communicate the progress of his jobs nor accurately ascertain when he will have them finished.The relationship I felt at that point was still Okay however getting strained due to Eddies complete lack of communication. Eventually the day before I was meant to be picking up the completed bike which had been with him (sitting outside) for the better part of nine weeks I get through to Eddie and am told in no uncertain words and with quite colourful use of the English language that it’s actually my fault he cannot get his work done as people keep phoning him to ask about progress and that he has been in the hospital for the better part of a week.I do sympathise with Eddie being in hospital however if he does not make anyone aware of this then it is completely ridiculous to expect us to be able to accommodate that and the day before I’m about to pick up the bike and am trying to phone to see what my bill is is not the time to tell me he has been incapacitated for the better part of a week.When I did finally speak to Eddie I wish I’d been recording it, his telephone mannerisms are genuinely hilarious and how he has ever kept this business running is just beyond me. This man needs kept in his workshop and let out at night.. Jesus Christ!During the phone call I told Eddie I would be picking the bike up the next day regardless of whether it was ready.. I have had enough of his time wasting…The next day I arrive and am informed by Charlotte that Eddie ‘hasn’t turned up yet’ obviously he either slept in or didn’t want to face an unhappy customer.Reviewing the bike I find that Eddie hasn’t even STARTED on the bike and the only parts to have arrived were all parts I had ordered barring one or two items.Overall terrible experience and I will be shouting from the rooftops for as long as I can just how bad this guy really is.Yours sincerely,Mark Thornton

AMAZING!!!!Had my suspension set up today by Eddie and cant believe how much of an improvment this made to the bike. Eddie was a great guy, we spoke about everything from maintanence tips to tyre pressures, He really knows his stuff and I came away with some really great information!!Can't recomend getting your bike setup here highly enough and will definetly be back to get my suspension serviced here in the future.Thanks again,Connor

Had my 2016 yamaha mt09 tracer set up tonight by Eddie at his shop well it has 110% transformed my bike in every way am shocked at the difference he's made to my bike he's a wizards at what he does a will be givin him all my bikes from now on an Letting everyone know about him an his shop with the great work he can do to ur bike .... Its a small amount of money we'll spent for transforming your bike an setting it to ur weight . He's a very nice guy to deal with an friendly

I can't give enough stars to Eddie for his service!! He took the time to explain what was wrong with my bike and how to fix things myself. The guys genuinely passionate about bikes and wants to share that with others. Great advice and service. I'll be back for more riding tips too!

A great experience. Suspension set up for a Multistrada V4. After Eddie spent time working his magic i could feel the difference as soon as i went on a test ride. Even after a short ride the confidence i now had with the handling was night and day from the original deafult setup (probably a bit too much on some corners!!). From the tips he passed on for the setup of the bike to explaining what he was doing it was well worth the visit. Big smile every time i go out now. Thanks, and i would highly recommend.

Eddie did a fine job of setting up my suspension on my Ducati Supersport. His knowledge and experience showed and his attention to detail was exemplary. Highly recommended.

A wee trip to Eddie at ERS Racing Knockhill today for a suspension set up on what was a gixxer 750 that felt like riding a buckaroo. However, after a good few adjustments and tweaks, a couple of coffees and plenty of chat, the bike was handling spot on and no longer gives me the fear on bumpier A/B roads.Eddie and Dougie are a real couple of sound people that not only care about their work, but make the experience of going to ERS really enjoyable.

What a superb experience and excellent value for money too.My regular shop had retired plus I was considering suspension work on my low mileage First Edition Yamaha XT1200Z Super Tenere so dropped into ERS on the back of a personal recommendation.My idea involved a full new suspension kit by … which ERS had a knowledge of and complimented their quality but ultimately asked what I was trying to achieve.They then suggested I might manage that with a suspension set-up which they could do that day and possibly a few new parts but, “let’s have a look”.What followed was a joy to watch as ERS is clearly a Master of his art on account of 40 plus years experience and trainings.He explained what he was doing and why clearly becoming excited as he checked over my bike and found some pretty decent basic kitsIn the event he set the bike up on my first visit, road tested it, tweaked it a little more then sent me out to see what I thought.From arriving with a plan to fit hundreds of pounds worth of new kit sometime in the winter I left with a transformed bike which ERS say needs nothing more.The secret - that’s what he enjoys doing more than anything else.I’ll be using ERS for the annual service now too.Highly recommended.

Can't describe the Eddie experience in setting up and servicing Ducatis. Tremendous knowledge, gem of a guy and great customer service.Takes as much care of the simple tyre pressure check as he does to rebuild an engine and his enthusiasm is endless for bikes and bike maintenance .
