Having spent most of my working life in front of a desk and a computer for 8 to 9 hours a day. I found that my posture was all off and always short of breath.I found Taran to be absolutely professional, he was able to communicate and guide me through all that he was doing and how each adjustment will benefit me.I was gobsmacked at how much of an improvement Taran was able to make to my posture even after the first visit. I was an extra inch and a half taller after the first session. He also showed how opening up the rib cage allowed me to inhale better.It is surprising how standing up taller and straighter gives you an extra sense of confidence.In order for all these adjustments to make a difference, I found having weekly checkups with Taran helped solidify and set my posture for the long term.

Highly recommend Your Posture ClinicI had neck and back pain... after my first treatment, I felt so much better, no pain in the neck and back. My kids could see a big difference in my posture while standing up straight. I also have a car seat wedge, which helps my back for long journeys. I have abc pillow which has helped support my neck, which allows me to have better sleep. It's made a big difference generally as I am feeling more energetic and not as tired as before.
