Gas Heating Services

My heating had broken down so I called Gas heating they sent a engineer out to look at my boiler. He arrived and in formed me I needed a new pcp board I agreed to having this changed out and the price. This was then booked in to be done on the Friday, So engineer turns up Friday and fits the WRONG!!! pcp board causing more damage to the boiler blowing the LCD display, the engineer then informed me that I had no heating or hot water all weekend. He then informed me I was probably better off calling a Biasi trained engineer which was a different company he then gave me the number and said it would be quicker to get it fixed and said he would wave all the fees because of the way he left it. So I used the other company which came out and I had to pay for installation and new parts including the LCD display that Gas heating services broke! I am now getting hassled by Gas heating services to pay them for the call out charge with threats of legal action if I don’t pay!Don’t use this company!

Excellent prompt service from Lee when our boiler developed a fault resulting in 'no heating'. A detailed, yet simplified, explanation of the work carried out resulted in us booking a full service with Gas Heating Services. In addition, we arranged for a couple of radiators to be 'uprated'. The service and radiator replacements (carried out by Ryan and Louis) was done in a very courteous and professional manner .On this experience, I/we definitely recommend Gas Heating Serices.

Came to quote for an insurance job for my boiler that stopped working and was told that all that was needed was a pcb board. The following day the report that was given to the insurance company was totally different. If i was told this on the evening (that the boiler was to old and not worth fixing) then my day could have been spent looking for a alternative repair company to use. Just a bit of transparency would have been appreciated

Gas Heating Services sent out an engineer to diagnose a fault on our Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler. in less than a week the parts were ordered and the engineer returned to install the new parts and service our boiler. The work was carried out to a high standard and our boiler now is operating better, quieter and more efficient than when it was installed. A very professional and courteous company. We experienced great communication from there booking agent with calls to confirm the engineer was on-route and very clean and tidy workmanship. These people are professionals.

Absolutely brilliant company Lee and his team just moved our boiler from kitchen to airing cupboard they were very polite and curtious and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done with minimal fuss and disruption would highly recommend there service's many thanks to you all on a job well done.

Had a couple of faults with the boiler in the last 12 months and they've always been able to help despite it being in lockdown.

Cant fault this company, attended breakdowns twice on my boiler. Service is 10/10. I would definitely recommend
