Never ever use this Estate Agent!My property was part of a chain that included this Estate Agent, never use them as they are totally incompetent. Three months ago the first time buyer who was buying a property Lora Elizabeth were selling who supposedly had an mortgage offer in principle, changed jobs. This meant starting from the beginning again with the mortgage, which they supposedly were not aware that it would affect their mortgage offer. My estate agent has spent hours/days/weeks trying to get a clear and concise answer from Lora Elizabeth as to the situation. We were told on numerous occasions that all was in order, to being told they were not involved in this chain/we are too busy to deal with it/person you need to speak to is on leave. You would expect Estate Agents to know which chains they were involved in. Eventually we were told that the new offer would not be valid until 3 months payslips had been received. All parties agreed to this. Now three months later, we have been told that the first time buyer has pulled out as its TOO STRESSFUL!This should never have gone this far, Lora Elizabeth should have been working with the buyer/mortgage adviser/solicitor and providing precise updates as to what was happening, instead of paying lip service. Everyone in this chain has put their lives on hold on the understanding that everything was ok and there would be no issue once the final payslip had been received.Lora Elizabeth has been the blocker all the way on this chain, which surprises me as surely she wants the money from the sale of the house she is handling.If you are selling a property with Lora Elizabeth in your chain avoid at all costs!

Awful. Tried buying a house through them and took them a week to get back to us with information we requested, we was trying everyday to contact them. They misadvised their client (the seller) at alot of times and when the sale fell through due to the property not being mortgageable (our surveyor said it was likely the roof will fall down soon) and us trying to rectify the situation they was rude and unprofessional. Im actually glad we arnt dealing with them anymore.However the reason I’m writing this review is the fact they have just called us to gloat they had resold the property, who does that?, i should say there was no mention of cash buyers only on the website relisting so i can only imagine this property will be back up for sale soon unless they had found a cash buyer.Avoid. Avoid at all costs, i would never, ever put an offer on a house with these. And this isnt false accusations i have phone records and emails tracks to prove it all.
