I love the different classes BEZU offers. The instructors are the most professional trainers I have ever met. They take you seriously and they really make an effort to make me feel better and challenge me when I need it.

I recently discovered BeZu Fitness and I thoroughly enjoyed the LIFT class and Barre class (with Lucy). There are lots of great classes on offer and I would highly recommend a visit!

Murad Facial is a relaxing and wonderful experience, especially after a challenging workout in the Bezu Fitness Studio! My skin felt refreshed and I loved the fact that my neck and upper back got some attention, too! Highly recommended!

Just had my first bungee fitness workout with Martina showing and guiding us. OMG what fun smiled throughout sweated loads laughed so much, 380 odd calories lost. Felt safe and well looked after doing a new activity in my late 50’s. Thank you Martina you are so professional intuitive and fun. We will be back.
