Millcroft Veterinary Group Workington

I've been with Millcroft Veterinary group for a number of years now.My animals have always had the best care and all the staff are amazing. My latest visit is with my Black Lab Marley, they have found a mass in his throat. They explained everything to me and the options open to us. We're just waiting for his results coming back.

Very proffesional and polite was in and out with no fuss. The staff were wonderfull with my Husky.

First visit to Millcroft since moving my cats vetinary records from Galemire. The vet spent about 15 to 20 minutes with my cat. We were not rushed. In addition, the amount of space in the waiting room is excellent. It allowed me to sit away from other pets waiting with their owners. My cat was extremely stressed and being able to sit a distance away from other animals was ideal. A very professional set-up and I am really pleased that I registered my cat with Millcroft. The lady who handed over the prescription at the far desk explained how to use the medication and she even told us to ring if there were any side effects as they would straight away provide some other form of medication. Fabulous service and a real sense of care.

Lulu was seen by Andrea, who was very professional and friendly., she discussed everything with me and was very good with Lulu., she took blood tests and then called me back in the evening to discuss results and treatment. Very good customer care.

Have been taking my little Dachshund to Millcroft at Workington since he was born,12 years ago. My visit yesterday was first class as always. The young vet ,was kind caring and knowledgeable

Millcroft are really good vets. We usually see Vicki, Holly and Harry as we have a bird. They're all really good, they listen to what you say, don’t rush you, and always provide the best care for you and your pet. 5* service.

Everytime we visit millcroft Workington with any of our dogs we always come back feeling they have been given the best care and we have been given the best advise. So thank you.

Having a very nervous dog it is always hard going to the vets however staff made it a comfortable and pleasant experience and Tobys vet was very thorough and concise. Definitely recommend!
