I'd like to personally THANK Helen who was an amazing worker today. It made the contract signing go amazing today!! I'd say quick but oops it took a while. But nothing to do with any of the staff. It was down to a technical error. The staff and I joked about it as nothing could be done. (We all know how computers let us down.. especially during the I phone 11 pre orders) so thank you for going above and beyond today. It took what could of been a grueling hour into quite an enjoyable one. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐THANKS!

Went in EE shop Linthorpe Rd, Middlesbrough on Wednesday 9th August and Anas was amazing. He sorted out my email issue on my phone. Nothing was a trouble to him so helpful and patient.

Very bad customer service. They have very bad attitude. You guys have to give proper training for your staff, how to treat your customers

I had a great experience in this store all the staff are very friendly I dealt with a staff member named keitan on 2 occasions who managed to resolve my issues in no time and also lead to 2 sales I will definitely be going back in the near future

Quick, simple and friendlyWent in for an upgrade and was seen in a matter of seconds, quickly figured out a price plan and walked out woth my new phone.

Unfriendly and impolite staff. Very very poor customer service. Just popped in to ask about the deals and they didn’t care I was there. They don’t even know how to talk to customers with respect. And just noticed that I wasn’t the only one.

I went to EE in Middlesbrough yesterday as I wanted to upgrade the iPad I had to a newer version. When assisted by the staff (Omar and Keitan) they were both very friendly, professional and honestly they could not have helped me anymore than they did. They explained everything in detail. They looked at different plans to get me the best value for money and told me about all the different ones I could choose. They did not have in stock the iPad I wanted so they arranged for one of them to go and collect it from another shop and where back in record time. I have never had better customer service anywhere. If you are thinking of going to EE for a contract ask the either of these staff members and you will see. 5* customer service. Management should be extremely proud of these staff members.

Great staff very helpful when ever I have been in. , except for one who I don't find helpful at all otherwise good store to go in.
