We at the Hill End Outdoor Education Centre very happily and confidently give Windrush Windows a Five Star rating. They were competitively priced, local , they knew our business, provided full drawings, method statements, proof of insurance cover and DBS of staff. They were also very understanding when there was a pause in the project due to a funding glitch. We would use Steve Sherbourne and his team again and recommend them to others

From the start it seemed that they didn't want my repair job. Poor customer care/interactions, costly Service.I had to chase to get a quote (took 3 days to receive), I had to remind them to get a visit (I did engage them 5 days before Christmas but they weren't knocking my door down to schedule the visit 2 wks later come 2018) and I had to email them to get the less-than-detailed short report 5 days after.I was surprised at the costly quote (£174 inc VAT) for a 'service/adjust where necessary' but naively accepted it. I thought I'd get something more than just a look-see visit (of under 30 mins). If appropriate (it wasn't) a return visit to make a repair would've been same fee + parts cost.I found the interactions with the firm to be impersonal, curt at times. Their tone on email or when called by phone was certainly not overly friendly.Interestingly they were proactive in quoting to replace my windows from the very start - when I do replace them however, it won't be them.

I contacted several window fitters who took one look at my awkwardly broken window and told me they didn't do that sort of thing, or didn't reply at all. Windrush came quickly, quoted quickly, and completed the work quickly, cleanly, and professionally.I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone. They'll certainly be my first call for any future issues.
