I wouldn't take my business else where this shop is THE BEST shop ever. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Kim was amazing and helped us with our tortoises and also the owner of the shop is just lovely. They are so knowledgeable and if they aren't sure of a answer another staff member is just amazing customer service I could go on and on. Thank you so much for all your help with alioski and squirtle.

If I could give a minus 1 I would. I would not return and would recommend others to avoid this shop. I was discriminated against while shopping with a family member, when I later phoned to complain about the issue I was told the lady in question was the owner!

Great shop. Friendly staff and good stock. I pick up live food for my lizard once or twice per week from there. They get a new drop every Tuesday and Friday.

Great shop, knowledgeable friendly and helpful staff. Wide selection of reptiles, decent selection of birds and the occasional surprise rodent (though probably not as surprised as the bag of dead baby mice I've just had to purchase for my sons new edition to the menagerie!). They hold a wide stock of pretty much every pet supply you could require and the prices are very competitive. Can't praise the place enough!

Great place full of everything you need for all your pets. Karen the owner is a beautiful lady always there to help. This is Lucifer we bought him a year ago with full house all kitted out. His house was made to measure for me. He even went back for his holidays as they do boarding. They are nestled in on the estate, all these little shops need our support x

A great array of pet products, loads of choice for my rescue dogs and at great prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking spaces are available in front of the shop and a small car park over the road.
