Moved to HomeMaid after a poor experience with another cleaning company which is national rather than local to Edinburgh / Scotland.The team listened to the issues we had previously and ensured the cleaner that we were assigned was a good fit.It’s been 3+ months now of weekly cleaning and we haven’t looked back. Karen leaves our flat spotless and does it in HALF the time our previous cleaner did. She’s flexible, communicates well and works efficiently.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.

Fantastic service. Working full time and studying - and hating cleaning - meant approaching The Home Maid was a no-brainer. Was sent Zoe, and she’s amazing. I love looking around after she’s been and everything is sparkling and smells fresh. Nothing is too much, and she’s a lovely bubbly personality. James and Joanna are great and made sure I knew exactly what the process was. Really competitive rates - had used another company previously, but they were nothing in comparison.

This is a wonderful service! Our experience in customer service was excellent from the beginning and Demi, the cleaner assigned to us, was prompt efficient and careful. I had heard from others who used different agencies about a multitude of problems. Not at The Home Maid!!! Five star!

I have been using the Home Maid for a few months now, very happy with the service. They always manage to find a cover quickly if the cleaner is unavailable. I am very satisfied with my regular cleaner, she is punctual and performs beyond standard.
