Jump In Trampoline Parks: Slough

Visited today for an 8 year old's birthday party; the kids are having an amazing time! The place is clean, organised and well looked after. The manager on shift (Sunday) has also been super helpful with the lots of questions I had about my own son's birthday happening this Thursday. I had to shift my under 5s daughter's soft play so the jumping time aligns with the birthday party crew and the lady was super helpful with making this happen whilst also explaining what was involved with his upcoming party. I was also told I would be getting a follow up call early in the week which really says to me they go the extra mile for their customers. I've heard lots of good things about the place and the price and good feedback is why I chose to have my son's party here. Can't really go wrong with pizza and ice cream and let's face it; the kids love it! I know my son will have a blast as all the children have done today. Great place!!

This place is so horrible that I couldn't wait to review it while I'm inside, attending a birthday party. Extremely unprofessional. Please don't ruin your kid's birthdays. Lady named Yalda serving at Trampoline area Cafe was extremely rude. I asked for a bottle of water after a long que because my 7 year old daughter was sweating after the trampoline activity, this lady leaves the till and asks me, Where is your host?" My daughter was crying of thirst

Amazing staff and amazing service. Big shoutout to Vivien, such a helpful and friendly person. She had not only made my day but also my kid’s day too. People like vivien should be everywhere. Such a lovely individual. Will definitely be coming to jump in again.

A fantastic place for kids… my kids and their friends had a wonderful time over there.. Lots of parking space , friendly staff and provisions for refreshments.. highly recommended for kids day out …

From a good review I have to give this place a 1 star as the soft play is rubberish I usually go once a month with my 2 year old and this time there was hardly any soft balls in the play area and literally hardly much for the kids to do apart from climb the frames go down the slide and jump all other stuff has disappeared

Nice children jumping park. Plenty of space, adults can sit around the edges watching the kids. Multiple areas, café is a little overpriced.Small soft play for younger kids.Birthday parties are good and upstairs. Plenty of care from the staff. Staff are friendly.Good toilets but they could use some TLC (two of the toilet seats were a little worse for wear). There was a baby change in the toilet upstairs

This was the most fantastic experience ever. Very professional especially Yalda, She gave us a positive attitude from the get go. Definitely recommend. Very helping and supportive staff. Stay safe guys and remember some people are like clouds, when they disappear, it’s a beautiful day.

Visited today with my son for a party and was super impressed!Jordan was in charge of the party we attended and what a delight she was.Cheerful, always smiling and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble.I’m a firm believer of credit where credit is due! She is an asset to Jump In.We have been for a couple of other parties previously but a certain staff member at those seemed uninterested and like everything was a chore for him.It was refreshing to have such a positive experience this time round.

Very big place. Quite a few fun options for kids. A lot of the concept is related to trampoline and jumping (as the name suggests) but you easily enjoy the entire time out there.Sessions are often 1.5 hrs, enough parking space for 30 cars I think.Kids had great fun here
