We got our campervan stuck in a field at a festival and Mark and his team were so quick to get us rescued (and other vehicles that were also stuck)! very professional, friendly and honest. Very knowledgeable about vehicles too… thanks so much, would definitely recommend and have your number saved if we ever get stuck again!

Fantastic service from Mark! My car broke down in Eastbourne with the Check engine light on when on my way to work.I started by calling the RAC, a service which I pay for, which was a complete waste of time, and refused to send anyone out to me. Stressed out and on my own I called Mark from Rooster Recovery and with in 45 Minutes he came to help out. Whilst the diagnostic for my beloved Mini isn't looking great, Mark has given me hope and trying all avenues within my budget to help out, helping source second hand parts and given me clear options and recommendations going forward. I contacted several transport companies to quote on collecting a Citroen C3 automatic from Eastbourne and deliver it to Crawley. Mark’s quote was the cheapest by a long shot. Mark recovered my vehicle for me on the evening of a bank holiday. Quickly worked out the problem. Changed the radiator and delivered the car back to me. Very efficient service, would definitely recommend!

Couldn't be any more grateful for the service received today, had a stranded vehicle with a burst tyre after hitting a pothole minutes before 5pm (on a Friday!) in Ninfield. The gentleman was very helpful and responsive and the car was recovered and taken to our chosen location. Very reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend
