After months of trying to fix my clicking Cannondale BB30 myself (having given up on most of the bike shops around me who thought BB30 was, in a nutshell 'rubbish') I took it to these guys in Windsor. Wish I'd gone there at the very start. They explained in simple detail what was needed and to them it was 'no big deal' to fix so I took it over to them one day and collected it all complete the next without any drama. Done about 200 miles since and not a click/creak whatsoever. So the morale of the story? If you have a high-end bike take it to those that have intimate knowledge of the brand. These guys certainly have that and their customer service was superb. Will certainly take it back there for a full service in the near future. Highly recommended without a doubt and can't be faulted.

I first visited the shop in Windsor back in November 2020 looking for an entry level bike. Chatted with the guys there who really do know their stuff about bikes and said I probably wouldn’t be able to get what I wanted till around June 2021 because of covid backlog. So said I’d keep an eye out on the website just in case anything popped up. Well it did and I could not of been more excited. I called the shop and spoke to Jeandre who couldn’t of helped me enough. So I bought the bike online as was advised and the rest is history. We arranged shipping the bike to my brother in laws company in Milton Keynes ready for her trip to Abu Dhabi. Bike arrived in Milton Keynes perfectly packaged. And off she went. Thanks for all your help with the bike process. From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with you all. Very responsive to emails and phone calls considering I live 4hrs ahead in time difference. She arrived today, safe and sound in Abu Dhabi. I’ve built her up and looks awesome. Can’t wait to ride the F1 track this Sunday to see what she can do. Many thanks Darren Taylor

What a great shop - I really enjoyed my experience with 700Cycles. They have a great online presence that is coupled with fantastic LBS service. Dave and Jeandre both really put time in with me over the phone and in the shop to ensure that I walked away with a phenomenal bike and equipment fit for purpose. One recommendation even came at the cost of a sale, but has since made my cycling so much more enjoyable. As a result, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them in the future and thoroughly recommend them to anyone serious about making the most of their cycling. Thanks guys. Simon

Visited here recently with an issue with my mountain bike. Very knowledgeable staff, and super friendly too! Spent a fair amount of time finding the problem, and were more than reasonable with the costs involved.The excellent service received led to us purchasing a new bike from them too. The fit for the bike was an eye opener (once the computer stopped messing them around!) and was very thorough. I cannot recommend 7hundred enough, and look forward to heading back here in future. Happy to support my local bike shop, which is only made easier with the quality of service from all at the shop. Keep up the good work!

A great bike shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great choice of bikes. Always happy to chat about all things bike related and answer any of your queries over a coffee (located upstairs) while watching the all of the bike racing on the TV. They offer a wide range of services, including bike fit and maintenance. The highlight of this shop is the weekend social rides. Saturday for the new cyclist and the Sunday for the more experienced. Don't be put off be the high end bikes in the window, they do have bikes for the non Pro!! Excellent service and highly recommended.

Dave, Jeandre and Richard were exceptional. They managed to source everything for my custom build including the frame that was unavailable elsewhere until much later in the year. They have been awesome throughout the entire process.

The service, professionalism and competence of the team here is outstanding. Dealt with all my challenges and questions with kindness and have a deep knowledge, which they are only happy to share. I can’t remember all the staff that I spoke with, thank you to Geandre and the whole team.

Called up for help with valves and novice questions regards to my bike and products . From the phone call to leaving the store was absolutely brilliant service . Result was I did not require new inner tubes and was glad I did require a pump rather than leaving empty handed. 10/10 very helpful and down to earth . Thank you !! Dan Saines

Just had my yearly bike service. Excellent. My bike is my pride & joy & it does thousands of miles yearly, but it's getting on a bit & things are really needing to be replaced. As always 700 did a great job & did their best to keep the price down. Really appreciated by me. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Really pleased with the advice and helpfulness from the team at 7hundred, who recommended the Deda Superbox as an alternative to the much more expensive integrated handlebars on on the market.
