Very highly recommended. The pharmacist was excellent. Despite visiting during the lunch hour when the pharmacy was incredibly busy, he attended to my queries with sensitivity and advised me in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I shall certainly be using this pharmacy again.

Instead of helping me understand why my prescription was sent to them instead of my nominated pharmacy, the pharmacist decided to take this as a personal attack and fobbed me off with utter contempt.This is after 3.5 years of then taking my custom and money.Do not recommend in the slightest. The most unprofessional behaviour I’ve ever come across.

As a regular customer I have learned how to get the best from this pharmacy. If you have your repeat medications sent here from your GP surgery, make sure the Vantage staff know that your prescription is In the Folder". Those are the magic words to use. Without them

After my dental check I needed antibiotics. Went into closest pharmacy with my 2 year child and they told me to wait 30-45mins because pharmacist is having break... asked if there is any park around and told us one park close by.While my daughter didnt want to sit on tricycle so asked them if I can leave tricycle in the shop, they refuse to leave it as they has no space. I thought there is much more space than I need... My daughter was started to not happy wonderig around or go to park anymore, also it was little rain day outside, luckly is was not so cold. I asked them for free postal service as I can not wait 30mins more. They say it will have postal service tomorrow. But she went to ask someone else and came back to say, pharmacist will do my prescription in 5 mins.... Why couldn't do it at first? The person who came to buy medicines are often usualy are with sickness!!! Made me very angry waiting 5 mins in the pharmacy.Later we went to the park they told for my daughter who nicely been with me for more than 2 and half hour of dentist and pharmacy trip. It took about 7-8mins. it was horrible, the park was not seem to beening used by people... over growing weeds, it rocked one side of the gate and all equipment are much more older kids nothing was for toddler child's to play, surrounding by muddy grass field on wet days... It was very angry experience and unlucky all.I won't go here again just for not make myself angry with unnecessary experience especially during sickness.

Excellent service and incredibly friendly staff. They were able to answer all the questions I had about my medication in a professional manner, all without making me feel stupid for what I didn't know - an achievement in its own right!

Always very helpful and polite even whenwhich is very rare the can’t get a medication in they will point you in the right direction they’ve even called other pharmacies not the same company to see if they have the stock 100%
