My 17 year old cat had to be put to sleep it was the most caring experience,. I was so distraught I can’t remember the young vets name foreign lad young but he made the experience very personal and comforting And also young girl on reception extremely caring thank you xxx

Vet was great. Reception was awful. Ran in with an emergency needing attention. Was asked 3 times if I had made an appointment. 3 times explained this was an emergency. Got told without an appointment there might not be a vet to assist me.Emergency is what it says an emergency. I don't make appointments in case I have one.

Just had my appointment with Patrick today to help with my GSD Lugers constant itching.I’ll never use another vets. Friendly staff, was able to make time for us despite how busy they are (sign of a popular veterinarian).And Patrick is just amazing at what he does, as are the other veterinarians I’ve met previously. You can tell he genuinely cares for the animals that come to see him, empathetic, informative as I was firing off questions at him. Reasonably priced.Would recommend them to anyone in need.Thank you for all your help guys. Lugers feeling a lot better already.

My cat kept making a snoring like sound with his breathing.At his appointment the staff were wonderful. The reception staff were very reassuring and understanding.Patrick told me that it was caused by the shape of my cats cats face.A specialist performed a minor operation on Popcorn the following Monday.The operation was a complete success.Popcorn's insurance paid for everything.. and the staff were kind and filled in the insurance claim form.Also they sent to my phon a picture of Popcorn being stroked and cuddled.
