Phenomenal! Originally when I booked my appointment the hairdresser made a mistake and it wasn't inputted in the system. When I arrived she was booked up and had no space for me. I was quite disappointed.Luckily, Lexi happened to be free to do my hair. Little can I say, the results exceeded my expectations. I'm a natural blonde and been box dying my hair for over a year to a dark brown. I wanted to go back to blonde.She clearly knows what she is talking about, has great knowledge and amazing personality so we had a great chat!We did a full head of highlights and it came out phenomenal. It really exceeded expectations. Lexi did an amazing job. I had already booked my next appointment cause I'm definitely going back to her!She even payed attention to the fact that I wanted less dark highlights and she really got most of my hair, so the dark highlights are little, which is what I wanted.In terms of price, I'm not the best to give an opinion because this is my first time doing my hair in the UK so I can't compare really. I had full highlights, blow-dry and cut, treatment and tone. It came out to be about £170 after 50% colour sale and 25% off on top of that. £170 is a lot but I think that generally hairdresser are quite pricy. So I assume it's a normal price really. It was 50% colour sale and 25% vip off so it was a lot of discount I got , over £100 which was nice.Over all, I'm happy and I definitely recommend Lexi, she is great!

Hair Masters has been a truly unforgettable experience; that is to say the level of service was second to none. Nikki was truly a master at work in handling my criteria (of which there were many), and truly made me feel at home in the store with my experience there. This was therefore a 5* experience!

I had a brilliant experience at Hair Masters! I had never bought a wig before and Nikki was extremely friendly and put me at ease. She was very helpful and gave me advice to help me pick the best wig for me. I could not recommend this shop more - good quality wigs and amazing service. What a find! If you are nervous about trying your first wig, there’s no need - Nikki will make you feel right at ease, let you try on any of the wigs you like, put them on for you, and show you how to do it all yourself. She has such a warm energy. And the range of wigs on offer at HairMasters is fantastic. I went in for one and came out with four! And they’re all brilliant (I got two compliments from strangers on my way to the shops earlier). Excited to go back at some point and try out some new looks again…

I stopped by Hair Masters today and was so blessed! Nicky was kind and helpful. She helped me try my first ever wig (I’ve only ever worn hair toppers before). She answered questions and gave advice. I couldn’t be happier with the wig I bought. And honestly it was at least half the price I expected.

Just had an amazing experience at Hair Masters! Went in looking for a wig for a festival, they talked me though the style/colour I wanted and helped me try on two of the wigs. Went with a gorgeous long blue synthetic wig which looks human hair the quality is so good. Nicky and Rachelle (apologies if I’m spelling those wrong!) were absolutely lovely and I will be going back next time I need a wig ❤️ Xx

Nikki was amazing to work with and very kind. She won't try to up-sell you on anything there. Helpful with wig placement, if you are new to it. Amazing shop and amazing owner. We love Nikki. ❤️

Hair Masters is fantastic!! Nicky carries a wonderful selection of wigs and we had a lot of fun whilst I tried many of them on. The atmosphere in the shop is relaxed and I felt immediately calm and comfortable upon arrival. I have lost almost all my hair with chemotherapy and I wanted to get a wig or two. Nicki, an amazing lady helped me to choose right ones for my needs. Being patient with me, I eventually chose what she originally recommended after trying several different coloured wigs. She is also used to cancer patients who have lost their hair, so no social anxiety which I sometime come across.Thank you very much Nicki for making my visit fun and worth while.
