Absolutely brilliant! A good quality, reasonably priced, very honest, small business. No frills, just good quality honest workmanship and great personal attention. Very trustworthy and reliable. Been using them for years for both our cars and never been let down. They will always give you an honest assessment of any work that needs doing. If it will wait 6 months they will say so. They will not rip you off! Give them a try - you won't be disappointed!

I've used them a couple of times and have always found them friendly, fair and okay. However it's very disappointing to get a telephone call from them telling me it that my car is ready for collection from someone who is laughing and joking with someone else who happens to be in the office at the time the call is being made.I am all for people being happy at work but this does undermine my confidence in them

They did the job and quicker than expected and I am happy with the work conducted.However, I told the member of staff to NOT carry out work unless it costs less than £100. They carried the work out anyway. Then they misplaced" my invoice and took my email address to email me the invoice.Then they said the repair will cost £300 and I refused to pay this much as the job was done without my permission. They agreed to take a payment of £200. DO NOT allow them to complete jobs without your permission."

This Garage is very local to my home making it extremely handy, on top of that they give great service. Reasonably priced and very efficient. In no doubt that they do the best for their customers at all times. My partner and I both use this garage and would be more than happy to recommend them.

The guys and girls at Town and Country Motors are simply top notch. They sort the problems out, not give you problems. They charge you in appropriate measure, not by usung over inflated prices. And they do it all in a friendly, polite and efficient way. What more could you ask for?

Took my car there to check some squeaking with the suspension. I was quoted £900 for two new suspension arms. They charged me £30 odd to tell me that. I took the car to another local garage as I wasn’t convinced, and they informed me all that needed doing was greasing of the ball joints and that although the suspension arms have aged, they are strong and do not need replacing. That garage charged me £24 and the car has been perfect ever since…. Draw your own conclusions. Stay clear!!!

Good, honest garage. If something is starting to get a bit past it but will last another six months or so, they'll tell you as much without trying to scare you into getting lots of work done there and then.Never had any trouble with any work I've asked them to do on any of my cars and they've always been really helpful.

Our car went in for service and MOT which went ok. On return our car’s iDrive ( display, navigation, radio etc) were not functioning. The iDrive was working perfectly when the car was left with them. We returned the car for it to be rectified however the mechanic was unable to do so. The car will now have to go to a specialist garage who can fix the problem ( A further cost to us ) As you can imagine we are very disappointed with the outcome and the garage we’re trying to tell us that the iDrive was not working properly in the first place !!! Utter rubbish !!! We will never use this garage again !!!

Brilliant service, I have been taking my cars to Chris for years and have always had excellent service. Today was just another example of how honest and decent Chris and the team are, i would not take my car anywhere else and cannot recommend them highly enough!Updated 6/2/19 has to take the car in with a puncture today, on collection I was told that my tyre had been repaired and the cost was a fraction of what I was expecting, just another example of how honest and great Chris and the team are, brilliant!
