The tutor Jahmil was an excellent teacher, he helped a lot on things, that I wasn't to sure about. The course could be about 2 weeks long as it seemed that there was so much to cram in and not enough time to fit it all in.

Jahmil is a brilliant tutor he is very easy to talk to and very patient with everyone. I've learnt a lot from him over the last two weeks! i highly recommend him as tutor and anyone who has a chance to go to a zoom course with him should jump at it. Thank you for everything!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Empolyablilty with Customer Service course I attended hosted by Jahmil.I did have preconceptions about this course, thinking it maybe a bit boring or I wouldn’t get anything from it, but I was very wrong. Jahmil made us all feel very comfortable and at ease, listening to all our questions and queries, clearly delivering all the course work, information and advice with charisma and professionalism. It was very informative, I feel a lot more confident and encouraged going forward into a new work place now.

I recently took part in an employability in customer service role with Jahmil Gloster as my tutor. From start to finish Jahmil took pride in the course and showed a lot of compassion towards him his course which showed with the work that had gone into it if anyone is thinking about a course like this but is either shy or skeptical I would highly recommend.

I have spent the last week on an employability course, through zoom with Jahmil Gloster.I thoroughly enjoyed the course thanks to Jahmil and his fun and engaging teaching!Such a lovely man who was happy to share his life experiences in a relevant way that made me feel normal.Jahmil spent time with each of us in one to one sessions, more than once. I really appreciated this.Jahmil has a natural teaching ability. He should teach others how to teach.I am only sorry that the course is over.Thanks Jahmil. All the best for the future.
