Fierce spirit what can we say, from coaching to the community there an amazing bunch of people. From day 1 everyone was brilliant with me. The mental health charity bridging the gap that runs alongside the box is brilliant aswell. I could say so many good things about this business but I'd be going on for days. There ace guys if you want to get into crossfit and you're in Cheshire this is most certainly the box you want to be attending.

Just started attending here and I absolutely love it, mix of age and training abilities so everyone would feel welcome, everyone is really friendly and the instructors are really helpful and knowledgeable

Absolutely worth going.Great friendly atmosphere, friendly competition but certainly not a competitive feeling about it.Smile through the pain!Coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk too.
