Marshall Oxford Audi

I scheduled an appointment with Hassan over the phone to view two cars on Saturday at 11 am.Despite my urgency to make a quick purchase, upon arrival, no one was there to assist us, and the help desk was empty. After waiting for 15 minutes, we had to inquire with another sales rep who was attending to another customer about the appointment, only to find out that there was no record of it, and Hassan wasn't even working that day. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation, leading to a disappointing experience and a waste of our time.I strongly advise avoiding this dealership. The reviews speak for themselves. I ultimately went to Audi in Swindon without an appointment and received excellent assistance from their staff, leading to my purchase of one of their A5's.

I love driving an Audi but after the last three weeks of issues that are to many to even describe I won’t be using Audi Oxford again. One of the faults is already back that they claimed they could find and wanted to charge me £600 for a part they can’t even tell me would actually fix the issue. This was on top of the nearly £2000 I already been charged. The last service was just as bad being told I would need new breakshoes in a few months that’s fine but two days later the warning light comes on. Books the car back in and they find two more problems that was four days after the original service. You call the service department and wait for 20 minutes for someone to answer. My advice is avoid the dealership at all cost.

Outstanding service from Hassan as per usual.He is incredibly knowledgeable about the range and always makes sure you make an informed decision when purchasing a new car.He is polite and friendly and just an all round great guy. Nothing is too much trouble.

My husband Neil and I looked at changing our car for an Audi . The service we received from Adrian Earp and the team was excellent. Lovely dealership and great cars. They could not have been more professional . We will definitely be back. Neil

This dealership is fantastic, bought a car from Monty and Bobby. How brilliant are they? They feel like family, great amazing deals, amazing service. Service department Emmy love her to bits her boss is tops too. Paul Davis is still here to, again brilliant guy.

I was thinking why they have low reviews, my experience explained it all. We purchased a used Etron and they had a week to prepare the car. Most things were done but the paint was still awful and camera mirrors were not working properly. 2 days later the car went back into the garage for the mirror, then the other mirror started. One side of the car had panels not lined properly. Car went back after 1 month of trying to get them to sort the outstanding 7 points on the car. Its been a week and no updates. Apparently more paperwork needs to be signed so they cant even get their paperwork done properly.. they might respond to this review saying I was compensated, apparently their compensation is the free front mats they’ve given me...

I bought a used A4 from Marshall’s Oxford at the end of October and I was reasonably happy with the purchase experience. However, a month later I happened to notice that one of the front wheel bolts was missing. I was extremely concerned that something so potentially dangerous had been missed in their pre- sale inspection. I emailed Asha, the salesperson who sold us the car but got no reply. I phoned to speak to him and having been told by the receptionist that he was tied up with a customer, I explained the issue to her. She went off to seek advice and came back to tell me that Ash would phone me back and could I send a photograph of the offending wheel. I duly sent a photograph but had no call back or reply. As I live 2 hours drive from the dealership, I decided I would simply visit my local Audi dealership to buy a new wheel nut. A week later, I have had no response from Marshalls which I find staggering as I would have expected that they would have been extremely concerned that they could sell a car with such a potentially dangerous fault.

We visited this branch to try out a beautiful Seat Leon we were interested in and were very impressed by the selection of cars as well as the speed and efficiency of the staff. The dealership itself was very clean and modern and we were made to feel very much at home. Everyone was very polite and friendly and Syed, Jamie and Vinnie in particular were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions on the vehicle concerned.All in all a very enjoyable experience and would not hesitate to visit them again.
