decent clothes but they're overpriced, i don't think there would be anyone stupid enough to buy a plain white shirt with 5 letters on it for £20, I also bought a hoodie but there was a hole in the pockets so I am coming back to return it. Overall it's disgraceful that this is such a large business yet they don't even check the clothing for any problems.

Great choices and quality. They have great discounts too now. The lady who works there is nice and try’s to help but the store gets crowded and there is only her works as a cashier and also organizing the store.

Today i visited to store with my fakily at 17:15pm.The stores door was closed, and a lady was standing inside just next to door. My 4 year old daughter tried to open the door, i had stroller with a baby. That lady didnt even move after seeing us. Then my wife came and opened the door.Then that lady advised us the store closes in 10minutes. So we decided will leave the store as its closing time. while exiting, again that lady didnt even move, she didnt open the door for us.how could treat us like this? i felt soo bad that i thought i should share it here.

I went to the Edinburgh store on princes Street on Sunday 30th April. Blonde girl working downstairs was very rude, unhelpful and unapproachable. I asked directions to where certain clothes items were and she forced a smile while just pointing to something that I didn’t even want.I started to question if I looked weird or something lol.I like this shop. But please get this sorted!
