Reported a fault with our boiler to OVO. The engineer came out did not fully investigate & said that the boiler isn't capable of heating our property & a new one needed. But it could still be used. My husband was concerned at the lack of care if the visit. We noticed that when the pilot light came on, it was clicking off intermittently. So feeling uneasy with the engineer we placed a second call with OVO. A different engineer came out completely examined everything & found we have a leak!!! Shut all the system down & are coming back today. To say we are shocked is an under statement. It is so scary to think an engineer didn't investigate enough to locate such a dangerous thing as a leak makes me feel sick. Gas isn't something to be flippant about thank God we had a sense to call someone else. It wasn't about the money for a new boiler, which is not great especially before Christmas it is more the safety aspect. The boiler had been left on for use, I dread to think the damage that could of been caused to my family.

Came along after calling corgi and was very impressed. Was able to diagnose and solve the issue quickly. Was also very polite and pleasant.We now have a very efficient heating system!
