I always use this car wash & valet service. Great price as I have a Land Rover which is hard to get at on top. So simple to us the service. Just park, see the staff, select the service required, give them the keys and go off shopping & or get a Coffee at Tesco or Notcuts.return half hour later or so and there is the shiny new car.

Not happy we paid £30 to have car washed and vacuum and clean interior and when we got home we noticed wheels were still dirty smear marks on dash, wasn't even offered a freshener ,took all of 10mins, we went shopping in tesco my advise is stay there and watch then you can see how much effort they are putting in it , I wouldn't of minded but my car wasn't thar dirty inside,will not go there again.

Excellent car wash. My neighbour commented on my old car asking if I’d had a respray!! No fear of grit on the sponge here. Really nice staff who take a pride in the job. Worth every penny.

Management is good but the cleaning is Average.The good thing is you can leave the car there and do your shopping in Tesco or visit the garden centre while they cleaning it for you.

Had to go to Tesco for phone and groceries, so I decided to have my car washed and vacuumed. I needed to be elsewhere after picking up the car so only examined the car closely when I got home. The glass in all the windows was very smeared, the inside sills and shuts had not been cleaned properly. Onopening the boot this had not been touched. Having paid £25.00 for this service, I am very unhappy with this service and will not hesitate to tell people to not use this cleaning company.

They rummaged through my glove box which I thought was necessary as it would need cleaning, however the glove box was not actually clean and they had just had a little mooch. They stole all of the change out of the compartment in my car that stores change. And (as ridiculous as this sounds) stole some of the brownies that I had bought out of the box! Also I paid for the whole interior to be cleaned and they missed the whole centre console and around my handbrake. Definitely will not be using again as they are thieves.

I took my polo here at the weekend to get it cleaned, all I wanted was the inside vacuuming and the outside washed which cost me £30! I thought this was alot but ok. The man who did it stole my £1 coin from the glove box. This might not seem like much but it is always there and I use it for supermarket trollies. Believe me when you turn up with a 1 year old and a small child to go to the supermarket and someone has stolen your £1 so you can't get a toy it is a big deal. I think it's disgusting that they cannot be trusted. I will not use them again, I've learnt from that mistake!

Brilliant car wash with staff who do an immaculate job, HOWEVER, I carry small change in my cup holder which has now vanished since I left my car with these guys! I’d recommend taking all valuables from your car before leaving it with these guys! Not what I expected from a team who I have confidently left my car with many times! I personally will now go elsewhere.
