We went in to register our children today after already paying our deposit. Upon signing the paperwork we noted that the nursery still charges parents for bank holidays despite being closed meaning parents who have there children looked after on a Mondays could potentially be paying £300+ a year and getting absolutely nothing in return. When I raised this to the duty manager i was fed incorrect information for the reasons behind this, she stated its because we still have to pay our staff on bank holiday"
