Since starting at Empire my granddaughter has grown in confidence, she learns new skills each week and the staff have empowered her to be proud of her achievements, this is evident as she spends the weekends entertaining me and her grandad with her tumbling skills.

This academy only cares about taking your money. They are not interested in building confidence and uplifting a new starter to feel they are in the right place amongst children of same age range. Like I said, they just want your money. Very poorly managed.As a response to your response: Yes, she attended one trial class where all the children was her age range (11-14). We were told about the half term camp and paid £100. Upon arrival there was only 5-6 year olds. My daughter was very upset and did not feel comfortable. As I had discussed this with yourselves, you offered to give back money for 1 session and keep the rest of the money for the other sessions. This is clearly not good business where had you of kept the money for 1 session and not sessions she was clearly not coming to, she would have been coming to further sessions in the future on Saturdays and most likely other events. I stand by what I said, You are only interested in taking peoples money, didn't care my daughter was unhappy and did not try to manage a way for her to return with people of her age group.

My daughter has been a member of ECA for three years and still loves every single minute. Shomari and her team are amazing role models for the girls and professional at all times. As one of the oldest cheerleaders, my daughter now wants to become a coach herself. The sessions have also been a healthy break from stressful GCSEs! Whether you’re looking for a recreational club or something more competitive, I would highly recommend this club. I should also add that the new purpose built premises are fabulous and, for busy parents, very easy parking location too.

My 5 year old daughter has been going to ECA for nearly a year now. Out of all the other activities she’s tried, this is the one that has stuck. She loves it! It’s the perfect combination of skills for my little one who doesn’t sit still! Dance/Acro/discipline, not to mention Pom poms! It’s the perfect activity. Not only does she love it, but as a parent I love it too. The coaches are all super pleasant and accommodating. The accessibility about classes, events, uniform etc is spot on. I always know what needs to happen and when. Head coach Shomari is very personable, welcoming and organised. I’m so pleased that we found this academy! Xx
