NCF Living Stoke

Myself and my partner visited the store to look around for a new Sofa. We were greeted by Dean upon entering the store with a welcoming manner.He allowed us to walk around the store to look at the vast amount of sofas that are on display. We never felt pressured unlike the store next door to them that a woman was following us around to whom made me feel that I needed to leave quickly.We were felt welcoming even with our 3 kids in toe. We look forward to our new purchase from the store after being given the choice to look around the surrounding stores on the park by Dean.Thank you to Dean upon helping us to choose our new sofa. Would 100% recommend.

After visiting most of the sofa stores in Stoke, we found the sofa that me and my partner both really liked the look of at NCF. The quality of the sofa is superb, much better than most of the others we’ve tested out. Ash at the Stoke branch was both knowledgable and helpful, and his assistance in our purchase was very much appreciated. He made the whole process extremely smooth and would definitely recommend Ash, and NCF to friends and family.

Came here looking to buy a sofa - found the exact one we were looking for and a bed + mattress too! Brilliant prices for lovely furniture. Ash from the Stoke branch was absolutely brilliant. We described what we were looking for and he found us the perfect furniture straight away! :)

Today we visited the store looking for a sofa. When we entered the store we were greeted by Dean. We saw a corner sofa that we liked, Dean told us about the sofa and left us to look at it ourselves properly and told us to let him know if we needed further assistance. We wanted to buy the sofa, Dean came over and sorted it all out with us. It was a quick and easy process and we are both really pleased with our purchase. Thank you.

From the moment we walked through the door at NCF Stoke we were warmly welcomed and helped by Ashley. We found Ashley extremely knowledgeable in his field and very helpful. We did not feel under any pressure to buy. We are now looking forward to our delivery of table and chairs and sofa bed.
