Ate here with 12 of us (plus two dogs). Food was great and the staff were very attentive and even brought the dogs water and a snack! Couldn't ask for better value for money.

Nipped in here for a quick lunch while working in area, and I was very pleased I chose here.Proper drivers cafe with the full English to eat as well as a few other treats. I had the burger and chips, loved every bite of it!!Will definitely be back when I’m in the area again.

We have been here before and had no problems, but will net return as the girl serving was very rude, she brought us a breakfast but no cutlery so we had to go and ask for cutlery. Then my husband had to ask for a drinks we ordered and when she brought them she danged them on the table and the tea went over the table. The breakfast The plate was swimming in grease from the eggs and hashbrowns. Hashbrowns did not taste very nice. And there was so many flies landing on you food,

Well I went in today and I've not been in for a while.. I barely recognised the place.. its had a complete refurbishment to a very high standard.. its got a vintage rustic look and its very very cool.. food wise the menu as changed to what it use to be. There now offering more choice as well as your old favourites.. also they have a night time menu with hotdogs and burgers and nachos.Today I went for a nice simple omelette with chips and a cup of tea.. my missis had the same.. we both enjoyed are meal and the price is very reasonable..I recommend you go there and even if you have been before just go take a look at the refurbishment and grab a snack while you are there..

Finally a proper breakfast! Decent thick bacon, but the sausages were the cheap type. However, it's expected for the affordable price. Overall a great experience, and would definitely eat here again.

Stopped off, I ordered a different breakfast of the menu, £9.20 with a tea , could have been a bit hotter food and sauté potatoes were a little under done, and really cheap sausage and the toast wasn't under done, was a little disappointed as it was recommended.

Will NOT be visiting this cafe ever again! Got our food wrong also didnt come out together so me & partner ate 20 mins apart. 2 lady stuff were rude beyond belief. Slamming plates and glasses on our table and being really rude about my partner and not discreetly. Tables were sticky and uncleaned.

Shameful - they should providing a better service for paying customers.Order a cheese and tuna toast - full of tuna no cheese in sight and the chef had the nerve to argue and say he put it in himself and they do no measure how much quantity they serve the customer - I called them to query, with the response I got I was not happy so I went back showed him the foods cos I felt disbelieved of over the phone and he still claimed he put cheese in. If the service was apologetic and understanding I would have never gone back - but there's no hope when they serve you bacon when you had order a veggie breakfast on the past - I went back, I showed home the food and he still claimed he put cheese in - So i gave him his food and he didn't even offer me my money back - so I told him to keep the money and he said OK - How this behaviour and level of service be accepted.

Was loading at the firm next door and went in for a breakfast. I had the medium breakfast but added black pudding and mushrooms. Quality food at a good price. Served hot and quickly. Friendly staff, Clean surroundings. Will visit again if I'm in the vicinity.
