Popped in to browse for my wedding ring and was helped by the lovely Ola. She showed what first class customer service is. Patient, understanding, knowledgeable and she got involved in the excitement of the occasion. Being a huge decision Ola offered for us to put 10% deposit down on the ring I liked and to order it in my size to try with my engagement ring. The ring was delivered to the shop within 3 working days! We popped back as soon as we could and was greated by the smiling Ola as she remembered us. The ring is perfect!! The lovely Lucy packaged it in a gorgeous box and brought it to show us before putting it in the bag. First class service from both ladies. We will be back for the eternity ring x

Wanted to purchase 2 watches. Although staff were friendly they were not particularly helpful, one of the watches they did not have in store and they did not offer to get it for viewing. Both watches were premium and they did not offer any discount, we ended up going to another local jeweller who got both watches sent to the shop and offered good discount. Would advise you to shop around before purchase.

I have been here twice and my daughter once in the last few months , I can’t praise the customer service my daughter got and later on myself from one of the ladies in the colchester store, I have been in again today and her name is Nicola, she is so thoughtful and make me feel really appreciated for coming in and sometimes I don’t even buy anything. She is a freak credit to the store ! Merry Christmas Nicola and staff, hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and no doubt I/we will be back in the new year

We went in on Sunday for my partner to pick up his new watch. Dominique went out of her way to source the watch that he had wanted and ensured quick delivery to the store. Upon arrival I was given a glass of prosecco while my partner was given instructions on how to use the watch. They made sure it fit properly and removed the links that were not needed. Even though they didn't normally stock that particular watch Dominique had clearly ensured that she knew how the watch operated. She was very informative when my partner was quizzing her about all the different brands they stock. He is already planning his next purchase and is keen to come back here due to the fabulous service!

Great experience shopping at the Colchester store. Staff are always very helpful and friendly.A young girl In particular named Milly provided alot of guidance with my purchase. I was particularly impressed with her extensive knowledge of watches and jewellery.Additionally they never try to sell or pressure you into a purchase. I purchased an item about a year after my initial conversation with Milly.Will gladly buy from the store again

Fantastic jewellers. Colchester Branch. Walked in to browse, was approached by Nicola, and started talking about the range of watches I was interested in. All my questions throughly answered. I was so impressed with her knowledge and the purchase options. I bought the watch. Scott made the necessary adjustment to the strap and set the watch up. Delighted with the whole experience. I will return and can't recommend them enough.

Had an amazing experience today buying wedding bands, not only was I greeted like a queen but the help and the care from the lady who assisted me was really nice, her name was lucy, at colchester branch! We went for probably the cheapest rings in the shop, yet she treated us like we was buying the most expensive! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Lucy, and the branch!

I popped into the Colchester Branch and was Greeted by a young lady named Georgia, Georgia was very professional and friendly in helping me purchase a birthday gift for my daughters 21st. A very decent experience, premises and staff were warm and friendly, The purchase was efficient and the service personal. Will definitely visit again.
