Im not dure of the ladies name who works in the shop in llanelli town center but i know she has worked there a while , she always has a smile on her face and is always more than heppy to help and knows exactly what she is doing , made what could have been a disappointing trip as i couldnt get my photos to load much easier and i was satisfied leaving , thank you for great service x

The 2 Lady's working at Llanelli, St Elli centre, Caroline & Anya, usually single handed (And more recently having to juggle Tesco Llanelli, with transport, fuel shortages & Reduced bus times) are both superb, helpful & expert staff. Anya had to devote all her time to me with technical issues with hundreds of documents on my mobile, expaining, whilst helping with quantity & Enlargement of photographs, whilst serving & seeing to other customers & trying to accomplish all before closing time. Impossible!I would have been so stressed dealing with that lot! Quite an unfair burden they have whilst holding composure, a conversation & always a smile!They deserve a medal, the size of a frying pan! 2 staff are needed at this shop simultaneously. Undue pressure! I have sight issues & needed full assistance! Awesome personal service. Many thanks. X

Both members of staff there are amazing and so helpful.And the range of gifts that they do in store are great got me out of a few late birthday gifts

Had a great photo put in a new magnetic frame

The service in this branch is always excellent. It is located within the St Elli centre and to access it you can select from a few different car parks, all with easy access and suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. The shop is small but has a great selection of services and frames. The staff are always polite, welcoming and courteous. I go every time my family members need ID photos and we have never had one sent back. Occasionally, the photo will need retaking and this is provided free of charge with no delay to applying for passport or driving licence etc. I highly recommend this service and will be returning.

Absolutely shocking quality instant prints.This review regards the instant prints, nothing else.Not worth the money at all. I have been a photographer for over two decades and so understand the basics that anyone printing photographs need, good colours, good colour balance, good sharpness and good contrast. Max Spielmann dont hit any of these basic targets and charge way too much, taking advantage of the customers need for convenience. My partner has stopped using them(Max Spielmann) since comparing their prints with boots.Unfortunately the majority of the customers dont see the problems with the prints due to a lack of photographic technical knowledge meaning they are being ripped off but dont realise it which is a shame.The staff are all lovely and attentive, so no complaints thereIf you want good quality instant prints steer well clear

Straight forward and smooth purchase

I wanted some copies and the assistant was very helpful

Went into the Llanelli Town centre shop to have photos printed. Carol could not have been more helpful. She talked me through what to do and took time to get the best out of my pictures. I will definitely be back.
