Found the staff very portentous, and lacking in any useful knowledge. A somewhat attractive man, yet very rude and only seemed to care about the colour of the bag, that I didn't even want to buy.Go to Jacksons over Stoke Newington way. It's got such a good range, and the prices and far far better.Cass art is a massive ripe off, for very low quality goods.

This art shop has a wide range of art materials and paints. From basic water colours and acrylics to the much more expensive oil paints that can costs under a hundred pounds a tube. They have blank canvas and plenty of art projects. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The manager was very nice she showed me quite a few different colours and I took photos to make a better decisions after I thought about what my needs are for my own project. Item I bought was opened before I bought it and then unable to be returned. I wish that the seal could’ve been checked before I wasted money buying an already opened product. I wish this would’ve been checked before it’s been put on shelves because now I’ve wasted money. I would shop here again but I would definitely check the item is definitely brand new first.

Dropped by to get some paintbrushes and couldn't help but notice how HAPPY the staff were! They were joyful together and made the whole store brighter with their enthusiasm, makes a huge change to the staff you find in other stores in London. Would definitely recommend coming to Cass Art for art supplies, they are not only reasonably priced, but who wouldn't want to support a store which clearly fosters a happy work environment.

Cass Art usually has quite knowledgeable staff to help you with your purchases. The store is small, so the extent isn't as large as what the website has to offer, but the range is still reasonably good. Although the products are good, the Kensington store's range seems to be generally more focused towards students, hobbyists and children than professional artists - although good in a pinch as there are so few art stores in West London.

A great little shop. Stumbled upon this place after a visit to the London design Museum which is right around the corner.A shop assistant called Titus (or something very similar) was very helpful to me, helping me figure out the kit I needed to buy. Just generally got a very nice feeling about this shop. Would definitely come back.

If all the staff in shops would have this customer service skills we would live in a different world. I am very grateful to the girl which helped me today (Unfortunately, I don't now her name but she had an amazing make-up). Despite the fact that they didn't have the items I needed in stock, she called all the stores around and asked the staff to keep them for me.She was very friendly, helpful and with an amazing sense of humour, definitely made my morning.
