The laptop was fixed for a good price of £35 for when the Imac2016 was not loading due to disk space being full up. I was ok with the memory being erased. Will know where to do this with my other computer soon using the same method.

Absolutely wonderful. My partner and I were building him a gaming PC with one of the latest motherboards, i9 12th generation processor and DDDR 5 RAM. Unfortunately, the motherboard arrived from an online website with bent pins which we got fixed here. We didn't have to bring the entire set-up into the store, which we appreciate, as we don't have a car, but they accepted the components, set them up in their store and fixed the bent pins. My partner is now happily playing with his new, expensive toy. Thank you so much!

Having bought a ps4 controller for my console. I took it back because the steering on the controller was not fully operational. Controller was swapped, same issue. Member of staff refused me a refund offering store exchange because replicas dont always work with all games" i will never shop here again and urge others do not buy controllers from there!!!"

Good service, polite and professional. Definitely the best Go2 guys for mobiles. They never overcharge like the other mobile phone shops in the vicinity, more importantly they are always honest with the customer. Will def recommend them to others.

Advent Desktop Computer was purchased from Currys PC World in 2013. The computer tower would not turn on and when I went to Curry's they told me as Advent no longer made computers they wouldn't touch it. I went looking for an electronics store and found Hi-Fi Tech in Chingford, who told me to being it in, which I did the same day. They diagnosed that I needed a new power supply, which they replaced in about 1/2 hour. Knowledgeable and friendly service at a competitive price, my computer now works. Thank you, thought I would have to buy a new one.

I recently had to move and in doing so the movers dropped my computer tower rendering it useless.I went to a big named store and they refused to repair it. By chance I spotted Hi-FI Tech in Chingford and thought, what the heck, it cannot get any worse.The politeness I received, I didn’t expect, especially in this day and age.I was able to collect my working computer in less than 24 hours.I highly recommend this company, for their service and professionalism.

Brilliant service took my daughters laptop in to have a new screen screen ordered and fitted within 24hrs and only £75 of which £65 was the cost of the screen! Highly recommend!
