When I first started my therapy I was very skeptical as I was in such a low place. I thought it wouldn’t work but after my sessions and going through so much. I am leaving therapy feeling a lot happier , with the tools to keep on track.I would advise anyone who needs help but feels it won’t help to reach out and try therapy I am leaving In a completely different place I started and that’s all thanks to my therapist and there treatment.
