Daughter gave me a voucher for mom n co cakes last Christmas. And finally me and a friend was able to get there and it was just perfect. Tea For Two, mix of delightful sandwiches and cup cakes and cream sconesAnd of course coffee. And the service was fantastic. Definitely be back.

I'm a giving a 5 star review based on the cakes we had as they were delicious and great price. That being said I did feel like the worker wasn't a very people person no please or thank you when asked to pay. I run my own business where I deal with members of the public all day everyday and as hard as it is to smile all the time manners cost nothing however my son did enjoy the cupcakes so will be back

Shocking service.I had booked for a small local charity event for this coming Sunday with private hire, afternoon tea with a few games for prizes, and a charity auction etc.All of which the proceeds were going to Birmingham Children's hospital.I went in today to confirm numbers (as this is the only thing I was told I needed to do before hand) to find my booking crossed out in the diary and owners sons birthday party booked in instead.I appreciate the replacement booking is a child's birthday party...but why no phone Call so I could make alternative arrangements if they needed to cancel? What response did I get from the owner?? You should have paid a deposit (which no one told us we had to do) repeated to me over and over again. No apology. Pretty rude. Would not accept the lady may have misinformed me regarding deposit. I asked if he could still cater for it as in my mind this is their error. A flat No" was the answer!!Information given to me when booking was mostly incorrect by the lady on the desk.I used to go here a lot but after this incident made me so upset I won't even be visiting even for a cuppa and a cake ever again.- Super upset and far from happy EX-customer!"

Booked afternoon tea through Groupon only to be told the day before the booking that they had no booking from Groupon, 3 1/2 hrs of messaging Groupon and Mom n Co later and completely frosty and unhelpful responses from Mom n Co I Was told that there was no booking and nothing theuly could do about it.Naturally I looked elsewhere and messaged Groupon about a refund for the unused voucher.Mom n Co now state they won't confirm an unused voucher saying that the booking was confirmed by Groupon and the booking was a no show.Disgusting customer service to put it lightly.Avoid.

Bad very bad !!Do not buy a cake from Mom & Co, Stourbridge. I paid £50 up front in Feb. For collection April 26/27 due to my father passing away I was not able to collect the cake myself, so my friend collected it for me, she rang me saying she was surprised at what I had ordered when I got to her house later that day to pick up my cake I was faced with a sunken, messy looking cake. Not central to the board, icing looked like a child had done it and a scanned image on top, the image I sent for reference. It did not reflect any of the messages I had sent .I messaged them saying I was dissatisfied to say the least and they messaged back telling me to return it Tuesday when they were back at the bakery and they would discuss my concerns then !!! My husbands birthday was on the Sunday ...? I tried to call them But they had blocked me so I couldn’t contact them ..I did take the cake back two days later, and when I did they accused me of damaging it myself.I Brought a cake from Asda for the birthday - I couldn’t take that awful mess it was embarrassing. The Asda one looked much more professional Than theirs -After a bit of a standoff on Tuesday when I returned with the cake, of 45 minutes or more / he just kept saying I had asked for a Yoda cske snd id got s Yoda cake ?? they did reimburse me for the £12 Asda cakeThey kept their cake !I am still £38 out of pocket and their customer service has been shocking. They have blocked me from their Facebook page because they don't want me to advertise this on their feeds. I'm just putting it out there so you know what they are like and you can make an informed decision before you purchase a cake from them.

dont go here !!booked via groupon for my sister's bday, had a call 2 hours before to say it was cancelled as they had a burst pipe, anyhow we rescheduled and went there to find it being the most tackiest afternoon tea iv ever had !! staff were nice but the quality of the food was so smart price, they served us donuts which seemed like tesco's own which were half frozen 2 donuts cut in half for 4 people! the inside of the cafe was so dated, dirty, the table was wobbly & sticky, The cutlery was stained & dirty please AVOID !!

Went there one Thursday, they were told one of party has allergy to strawberries and raspberries. For my cream tea was scone and cream. When questioned he told us he only served strawberry and raspberry jam, he also said he had marmalade but I wouldn't want that. I thought if it was that bad I better hadn't. So if you have an allergy don't go here as you will go hungry as he totally ignores this health problem and doesn't offer an alternative.

Used a Groupon offer and took my daughter and youngest grandchild for a cream tea. Never been before so we found parking difficult. You can park near the shop but only for an hour before you have to move. We asked the owner and he told us that there's a tesco car park around the corner. Beautiful cupcakes on show in the window. Sandwiches were nice and fresh. As other have reviewed it seems they do these as a 'set' selection. Liked the white/brown bread sandwich idea. Grandson picked the Cupcake with a mini donought on. He loved it. We had a black forest cup cake, OMG! Cake was so light and well made, practically melted in mouth. Fab flavour. Selection of cupcakes plus mini, cut up cakes, scones with jam and cream. Tea/coffee. Old fashioned crockery, lovely. It was quirky and I really liked it. As others have said too, place was cold. I sat next to a radiator and was still cold. Other than that, we had a lovely morning out and left with full tummies and wishing we could eat more cupcakes!
