I came today to treat myself to a new kit, not knowing much about how anything works. Connor couldn’t have been more helpful. He set my new kit up for me and taught me everything I need to know. I tried loads of different flavours and kit to find what suited me best. I’m really happy as a first time customer and will definitely come back!!

First time entering the store on the reccomendation of an old friend. Was walked through the products, the differences between the makes and models and the benefits of some models over another. Connor was extremely knowledable, open and friendly throughout and even helped to setup my 'rig' so I didn't have to fumble about with anything once I got it home. Will definitely be popping in again! 11/10

Connor has taken care of me very well with his extensive knowledge of vaping products, and his customer service is top notch, he always goes beyond. He makes me feel like a valued customer. Been coming to this shops since they first open and I am glad I did. I would highly recommend you come here for all your needs, and you will not be disappointed!

Visited the store today on an emergency run. Connor has been fantastic, friendly and knows his stuff. 100% recommend this store to everyone near by, fantastic offers and discounts even for blue light card holders which I noticed on the wall.

He was absolutely amazing and clearly is determined to give the very best customer service. I came away with a vape that is right for my needs and so did my partner. Amazing service everytime I’ve been in, the staff are extremely helpful and answer all questions you have regarding new kits and what liquids are best for you.I’ve recommended this place to my friends and will continue to, it helped me go from smoking everyday to stopping completely, cannot recommend enough.John in particular was very helpful with all of the questions I had !
