Laptop Workshop

I am now based in the States but have known Aaron and his business for many years. When my very old and way beyond it’s expected life expectancy, Mac crashed which potentially could have meant me losing all of my data I made the long distance communication with him and he talked me through how to jump start a dead computer enough to get my files off it and onto a new Mac. The techs at Apple in the States hadn’t a clue and just recommended buying another computer without any suggestions for trying to save years of files. Aaron is truly an expert in his field and I am very thankful to know him.

I use these guys as my first port of call for anything tech related.. they've fixed countless phone screens, laptops even my gaming PC. I should stop breaking/ corrupting things…Alway quick, honest and reliable. Great prices and always top quality. Can’t recommend enough.

I have often gone into the shop for help with my phone and iPad and they have always been so very helpful. On Friday, however, they were even more special - I had gone into EE in Worthing to ask to be shown how to delete files on my email and the assistant told me it would have to be done on my laptop at home which actually surprised me. Anyway, I thought I’d pop into Laptop to see if they agreed and a young man called Chris deleted the files on my phone within seconds! I asked him if he would write down the procedure for the future in case I forgot and of course he obliged. I was not charged for the time and help Chris gave me, Laptop could so easily have charged me a fee for their time but as I said they did not.A great shop with very helpful staff, especially Chris, who know what they are doing. We need to support such small efficient shops. Who needs EE!!

The item was easy to order and promptly despatched/received. Cannot comment on the item as it is being given as a Christmas present, but looks OK.

I wish all tech/electronics service providers were like this.I have an old 2015 MacBook Pro Retina 15 top spec that started to power off frequently. I pinpointed it was probably the MOSFETs on the power line but that was the limit of my expertise.They were able to take the laptop in

Just wanted to express appreciation to Chris at Laptop Workshop in Broadwater on behalf of my niece.He was so efficient and helpful the minute we walked through the door.She has a few requests with her mobile phone and within a short space of time he had sorted everything and assisting where necessary with a friendly manner.He was so helpful as we were in a rush as it was nearly closing time but we were not hurried. Thank you.

First time we've used the Lap Top Work Shop. Took my old 2017 Mac Air to add some storage space on it as kept getting the irritating message that I didn't have enough storage space. They sorted out my lap top which now works better. Looking to use them in the future in purchasing a gaming computer for my boy.

So helpful when my IPad screen froze & updates hadn’t worked.Had been told by another IT repair shop that my IPad was probably irreparable & I would be better off getting a new one!!I’ve used Laptop warehouse many times b4 for repair & buying new, so contacted them for 2nd opinion.All sorted by factory reset, £20 charge & within 2hours.Brilliant service.

Highly recommended. These guys not only got my laptop up and running again after I spilled a cup of tea over it; they also went above and beyond afterwards (for some time) to get it working exactly as it was. Super friendly, too.
