The store is closed as you can see the note in my second picture about it.… but their window is really impressive even behind the bars.… and their website is a real something. I am sure you want to see it, if you are looking for products related to sewing.

I chose to shop here because prices are cheap when buying in bulk but the shop and the staff isn't customer friendly.I bought a box of 10 Coats Moon polyester sewing thread (1000m) in different colours, I checked inside all of them and saw the black ones weren't individually wrapped as the other ones and they were all dusty, dirty and loose.I went back to shop to exchange but the lady said only black ones comes like that (unwrapped) which didn't make sense. I mean they were dirty as well. I asked her to change the box but she wasn't happy about it and insisted it will be the same. She went to the back to get a new box (took few minutes) but it was the same, still dirty.I have been in this shop few times, when you ask a question or try to make a conversation the staff are too cold and don't want to answer back or advise. Sewing is a hobby that make people happy but many people do it as a business too to earn an income, I wish shops and companies acknowledge this rather than doing it as a profit making business.I will still shop there as I need to buy bulk items and their pricing is competitive but I can not recommend the customer service. Also, the shop is not a normal shop where you can freely spend time and chose items, most items are in boxes. The shop is very small (they have a bigger warehouse at the back but you aren't allowed) and only 2 customers are allowed in the shop at a time which I find strange.

Got this bias maker at William Gee London. Lovely little place if you fancy quick items for any sewing or craft project.They sell threads, zippers, lining, interfaces and some quirky unusual sewing supplies. Feel free to pop in there if your a crafts person.Also I must add that they have good customer service. I forgot my bag of groceries there and when I went back to get it they had put it in the fridge. How nice and thoughtful.

I ordered a sample pack of wadding, which just arrived. It contained not only the samples (6 different ones) but also a brochure from the Vlieseline, a booklet of samples from Vlieseline and some reels of thread.Thank you William Gee. Excellent customer service

We have worked with William Gee for years and they have always been fantastic. Always been friendly, helpful and delivered on time. The rare time there has been any issues they have been in contact straight way. Their consistency over the pass couple of years in particular has allowed us to stay open and taking orders with confidence we can get the zips and hardware we need.

So happy I found this place. Very friendly and efficient staffs and great deals. Found lots of things I couldn't find on Amazon. I just ordered online and picked them up from the shop.
