The hairdresser that I got seemed quite new to his job, hands were shaking and the haircut was not professional at all. However, he was friendly and seemed that he's trying his best, so I wish him the best of luck. Practice will make it perfect some day!

I called shop today 4 times to speak with the person who does the hairdressing to be told to call back as he was not in shop I rung 4 times and then was told he cannot speak with me as he is busy.i ask price of what I wanted was told £40 then it jumped to £80. Very unprofessional & could not speak with the person who does hair

I'm always hesitant when visiting a new barber as, in my experience, barbers very rarely meet the standards I'd expect. They often ask only once for a brief explanation of what you want and then end up cutting it in what would seem exactly the same way they have cut the last 100 customers who have asked for a vaguely similar cut.Not here.I had my hair cut by Mario who took time to understand what I wanted and throughout the haircut would communicate what he was planning on doing whilst asking for my approval. That's what all haircuts should be like. So simple yet effective! Ps : my cut isn't difficult by any means (short faded sides with the too longer at the front) - however I'm amazed how often barbers get it wrong.Mario's blending was on point and unlike a lot of barbers who only know how to use clippers, he trimmed the top /faded the blend with scissors immaculately. Top marks Mario!For a trade that is so competitive with barbers on every street corner, it's the simple things such as communicating with your customer whilst also not rushing a haircut, that distinguishes the very good from the bad.Highly recommended

Avoid the hairdresser who does ladies haircuts. Very unreliable, unprofessional and poor customer service! She Canceled my appointment 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment while I was nearly there to the shop! She left before I got there and When I called her she told me to refund my voucher and hung up the phone on me!

Very professional and for a reasonable price. I am more than satisfied with the haircuts I have gotten from here. The hairdressers clearly know how to cut hair very well, and are passionate for what they do. I would definitely return for more haircuts.

Had a cut here a few weeks ago, the cut was perfect, and grew out excellently even after several weeks. I have fairly difficult hair as it's quite thick and stubborn, so I have always struggled to get a decent haircut - of all the places I have been to for the last ten years or so in London and in Brighton, no-one has cut my hair anywhere near as well as Benham did. His many years of experience are evident in his work and I would recommend his service without a doubt. The atmosphere was brilliant too, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I recommend this hairdress in special Fizza, she did great job for me. She made Brazilian treatment and today I washed my hair and it's smooth and straight. We have good conversation as well, she is brilliant.
