Working at PHS care as a care co-ordinator is awesome. The working environment is friendly and relaxed with the management being professional, helpful and supportive to all their staff. I know I can go to them with any issue whether personal or work related and they will understand.Regular training and guidance has helped me grow my skills and experience in the office as well as working with clients in different home settings. It is great when you know that you are working with a company that wants you to achieve the best of who you can be. The way PHS care works closely with the clients, family members and carers to ensure that the clients feel valued and that their needs are fully met is exceptional.I am elated to being part of PHS care and hope to work for them for a long time.

It has been an absolute pleasure working for PHS Care. The management team is efficient, exceptional, and very attentive to the needs of all the staff and the clients. The entire team is well trained and knowledgeable. When I joined PHS, they were all so welcoming and friendly. I can't fault this company in any way.
