Minds under Development (MuD)

I was lucky enough to join Kirsten & Sarah on a mindful walk as part of a well being session organised through work. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. As someone who suffers with anxiety and struggles to relax it was really beneficial. I felt so calm and relaxed by the end of the session and it really helped to put the rest of my day into perspective. I have booked another session in the new year! I would highly recommend!
