I made the mistake of not using Harpenden Windows before and won't do it again. They've just finished fitting a new front door and rear sliding doors and we couldn't be happier with the service and end product. From initial meeting for the quote through to the fitters on the day - Harpenden Windows have been brilliant to work with. Will be the only company I use in future.

They installed windows and doors for our house. The whole process went really smoothly - no hard sales - just helpful advice and a no obligation quote. We visited the workshop as part of our selection of supplier. The installation team were fantastic, cleaned up at the end of every day and there was nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Very happy with the end results.

I had my windows and doors replaced by Harpenden Windows in March 22 as part of a refurbishment.They have an excellent reputation for a reason & it made sense to use them.I was not disappointed, everything was so efficient and professional.The product quality of the highest specification.Paul and Charlie fitted the windows and doors and their craftmanship was superb & I felt comfortable with them , they were respectful and trustworthy.I was a 100% satisfied with everything & that is hard to achieve. Doors & windows fit perfectly and look stunning.I went for Chantilly glass for the privacy areas & I would highly recommend it ,looks amazing.Anyway they are a great local company and you get quality service from start to finish from Paul ,Louise & their team at a competitive price , I thoroughly recommend them.

We highly recommend Harpenden windows!The communication from the start till completion the office were excellent in updating us.Paul came round to survey and was very thorough, friendly and he also advised different options we could have.Installation was very clean and quick by Mick and Dan, they were very friendly and professional.Thanks to the whole team, we will be using them again to change our front door in the near future.

We have recently moved to Harpenden and after only a couple of months the magnetic blind in one of the bifolds stopped working. Also when we had heavy rain water started to flow into the house through one of the bifold door corners. We located the company that supplied the bifolds and found the guarantee which was still valid for another 3 years. When I called the company I was informed quite aggressively that the guarantee was not transferable which in itself is fine however they were not able to offer any repairs which we were happy to pay for. Rude and unhelpful. Apparently they don’t have the expertise to fix what they have installed. Avoid this company at all costs.

Very pleased with windows, staff very happy to answer and questions as were the fitters who did a good job. Would happily give a recommendation.

Paul and his team have been fantastic! High quality service. Completely hassle free. Would recommended! It was a very difficult circumstance and the door needed to be replaced quickly. Paul was very professional and had the door made and installed beautifully. Thank you Harpenden Windows!

These guys fitted a new front door for me. The whole process was super easy - Emma at the office is very responsive and the guys that came to fit it did a great job. Happy to recommend them.

Very good experience with this company. We had front windows replaced by them a few years ago and were very happy and have now had the back windows replaced by them too. Professional, good quality and excellent fitting team.
