Went for 7 year old total foot wear( Wellington boots school shoes trainers) great prices can't be beaten only issue os when you get become a 5 and over not much choice and what they do have doesn't last but for little feet up to a size 1 is perfect :)

So my wife went today took a pair of boots to the counter , cashier not very good English , boots £19.99 carrier bag 0.20p , cashier / assistant says £23.98 , my wife queries amount , she says sternly £23.98 , another colleague looks and says no it’s not £23.98 you have picked up another bar code accidentally, so it is £20.19 . Wish these could be trained properly and watch what they are doing , she was adamant the total cost was£23.98 and quite off ish about it, her initials are kD on the receipt , more training please for her and some customer service lessons .

3 star for the shoe price and quality but 5 for the young gentlemen who severed us. He was a chap with blonde hair ponytail and very well spoken with great manners and customer service. My daughter is 6 and never speaks to anyone unwelcoming but his tone and smile really made her warm up. Thank you.
