Lovely relaxing short break in a delightful cottage. Ideal location for accessing the a variety of tourist attractions and remote enough to get-away from the crowds. Extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating owners.

We had a great time. Lovely and quiet only downside was no view. Other than that had everything we needed and in a great location.

A great selection of cottages that are easy to find and simple to book with email confirmation once finalised.

Booking was totally painless and ,we had a choice of potential places to stay.Acting through the agent kept a certain professional distance as a safety and peace of mind feature btween the owners agents and us the bookers.

Worst rental experience we've ever had! We arrived at the apartment and phoned to arrange access as instructed only to be told that there was a mistake and it was no longer available. The person didn't seem to know about our booking at first and then said the flat had a leak. We were unable to contact anyone to speak to and will never use this company again. So disappointed. We lost all our money and Last-minute cottages took no responsibility. Please be aware that if you book a cottage with this company, their t&cs say they are not responsible.

I made a booking yesterday. Not once have they called me or emailed me to say what’s happening with my booking they had the whole day today from 8:30am, all they sent was a confirmation request. No further communication. I sent them 20 emails, left messages, rang them 48 times, no reply. Rings, tell you to leave a message, put you on hold and then cuts you off. Absolutely awfully disgusting customer service. Doesn’t deliver what it says. Not last minute booking. Should be called don’t care minutes booking. Extremely poor service, unprofessional. Don’t bother wasting your time.Not even worth 1 star rating. Would give -5 star ratings. Ruined my entire weekend.

Excellent - fabulous cottage booked in Threlkeld, Lake District. No hassle and very easy to book. Would definitely book again.

We have used this site to look for last minute weekend breaks several times. We are not able to book way in advance but found lots of quality properties to choose from here.
